Australia is one of the best countries among the world’s land of dreams, it is the fifth largest country in the world, as well as the driest and smallest continent. In addition, it is has the lowest stretch of a flat land. Australia is a beautiful paradise with tropical forests, deserts, mountains, and full of unique animals such as kangaroo and koala. The land also has an abundance of different species of plants. Alongside the coast, tourists can explore multicultural cities, ancient forests, Sand Island, and the Great Barrier Reef. The main and famous tourist attractions consists of lush forests, national parks, museums, and galleries. In particular, the five most famous tourists are Sydney Opera House, Blue Mountains National Park, Fraser Island, and Tasmania.
Sydney Opera House
It’s the most famous tourist attraction in Australia. The building is situated near promontory of Bennelong, and it is the symbol of the city. Every year, many tourists visit the house especially the art lovers who enjoys the view of the monument. Jorn Utzon, a Danish, designed the structure that is built in the most modernist style. The Sydney Opera House consists of six auditoriums, which includes the ballet shows, operas, and theatres. In addition, the building also an open air amphitheatre that is used for outdoors representation.
Blue Mountains National Park
National parks are also most famous tourist attraction in Australia. Blue Mountain Reserve is the most popular park. The park is located eighty kilometres from the New South Wales. The park is located in the high plateaus surrounded by valleys and rivers. The park is beside Mount Werong, which is the highest mountain in the region, and the best destination for hikers.
Fraser Island
Fraser Island is another natural tourist attraction in Australia. In fact, Fraser Island is the largest sand island worldwide. The island is located on the eastern coast of the Queensland state. The island is also part of the UNESCO patrimony. The sweet water lakes, rich tropical forests, colour sand stones, white sandy beaches and river makes the island a famous tourist attraction.
The Great Coral Reef
It’s also a part of the UNESCO Patrimony, and the most popular marine confined region. The region is situated approximately 2300 kilometres on the north eastern coastline of Bundanber. The great Coral Reef in Australia is the world’s largest coral reef system in the world. The house contains over four hundred different types of corals, four thousand pieces of molluscs, and over one thousand species of fish.
Tasmania
Tasmania is an island located in Tasmania region, and the smallest state in Australia. Tasmania is consists of abandoned beaches, pristine landscapes, seventeen national parks, and mountains. Tasmania has a clean atmosphere; hence, the most suitable for intrepid travellers who loves to explore nature. Apart from the above features, Tasmania consist of hundreds of lakes and forests that are home of many different animal species. In addition, the region has beaches that have a mystical feeling. Foreign tourists have to apply for Australian visa for visiting these sites.
