This is a funny recipe for all those of you who love herbs and have many in their garden to use…you’ll have delicious appetizers for your guests!
Extremely easy: buy tempura flour, make a batter and add your herbs (after washing them carefully); then deep-fry them in vegetable oil (we used sunflower oil).
We fried mint, rosemary, sage, bay leaves but you can use whatever you want!
