Europe Food Foodie escapes France Lyon Tradition Travel

Les Halles Paul Bocuse: a celebration of French food!

Take a walk in foodies' heaven!

Lyon is one of the greatest destinations for food lovers, you probably know that already. We wrote about this fantastic city in a previous article but, seriously: how can you stop speaking about your experience in France’s culinary capital?

Restaurants and bars everywhere, incredible traditional dishes to eat in its typical bouchons (we spoke about our fantastic meal in a bouchon HERE), everything here is food-related…markets included, of course!

Come and take a stroll with us in one of the temples of French products: Les Halle de Lyon Paul Bocuse!

You can eat here, you can buy food to cook home or you can simply admire some of the best products in the city! I mean, even fruit and vegetables are perfectly lined up…it’s a delight for your eyes! Our favourite parts? The cheese (oh so much cheese!!!) and the macarons: there are flavours like fois gras, Gorgonzola cheese and sesame seeds, Iberico prosciutto…wow!

And the patisserie? Don’t get us started with the patisserie…ok, you know what? Just scroll the photos, we’re drooling!
